Excellent location. Right by old and small markets as well as various eateries and tourist spots. A little busy and congested area and some homeless people sleep outside by the hotel however I didn't find any problems with that. You can get on with your business as normal day or night. Just be alert to any scammers, we came across one pair in all our trip and can happen to anyone visiting the area I guess. They didn't even seem local, seemed like foreigners. Beware anyone asking strange questions and being over friendly in the street, in any city of the world probably. Staff are polite. Excellent value for money

Honestly this hotel seems to attract widely differing comments. My personal experience was very positive. This hotel is great value for money when you consider the excellent location next to the market ,the proximity to Chinatown,Merdeka Square and the River of Life, as well as the included breakfast, modern clean stylish rooms with universal plugs, very comfy beds, room safe and fridge, and roof top pool . The hotel is just a short walk to Pasar Seni LRT. Yes the rooms are small, the AC a little slow, some of the towels are past their best but still clean . This is not a 5 star hotel but a great budget option. The staff are lovely. As a solo female I felt very safe.

The high score I give to this hotel is for its quality-price ratio. And the convenient location. Very good hotel in the center of Kuala Lumpur. I've visited this city several times and this time I chose to stay in Chinatown. It's true that it's an area known for having more low-cost hotels, some of which have bad cleanliness reviews, but this hotel was a great surprise. I've passed by it a few times on other visits to KL and always thought it could be a good option. A small, well-located hotel in the Chinatown area, very close to Petaling Street and other areas to visit. Family room, acceptable size. We stayed with 2 adults and two children (9 and 4 years old), who shared a single bed. Good beds, good bathroom, good amenities. Hotel was clean and with very friendly staff. From the reviews I read, everything matches the experience I had: it is true that there are some homeless people on the street, but they are harmless. I didn't have any security problems or feel insecure. The included breakfast is simple but good, with fresh fruit, eggs (freshly made of your choice), pastries and bakery, juices. There isn't much variety, but it's more than enough. The pool at the top is perfect for a dip to cool off. It's not a panoramic pool like many in the city center, but it's good. There is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel, open 24 hours. Very convenient when traveling with children (and even without). As we arrived late, that's where we had "dinner". I will definitely return to this hotel.

One of the perfect locations in KL. The Central Market is next to the hotel, three stations (Pasar Seni, Kuala Lumpur/old station and Masjid Jamek) are within a walking distance. The historic old quarter, including Merdeka Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Bldg., Masjid Jamek, and so on) are also in the vicinity. I was also impressed with great hospitality of the staff. All personals were so kind, friendly and attentive, that my stay was really pleasant. The room was enough comfortable, clean. In addition, don't miss breakfast. Tasty Malaysian and western dishes are served, and the variety changes daily.

Its a really super Boutique hotel. The location could not be better. Absolutely central but very quiet. Very clean and safe! My room was perfect, equipped with everything what you need./small fridge, ketten, coffee, tea, sugar, safety box, free mineral water every day, comfy bed, aircon which worked very well. I loved the big bathroom with its glass wall. The entire staff, especially the reception desk-among them Sofia- was very kind, polite, friendly and helpful. The central market Just in front of the hotel/10 meter/, Petaling street, metro station are 5-8min. Buffet breakfast with continental and Malaysian dishes was ok. The roof pool is a bonus with fantastic wiev of the city. Believe me, its highly recommanded and the price is unbeatable.

Location was awesome and reception were very helpful with luggage storage and when we had issues with our bathroom. Breakfast was really tasty!

The hotel is in what we consider to be a fantastic location, just a short walk from the historical heart of KL. With the Central Market next door and Chinatown at its doorstep, there were innumerable places to eat, drink and shop. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and great value for money - the 'live egg station' was exceptional - we enjoyed omelette or scrambled eggs, as well as freshly made waffles or pancakes, along with fresh fruit, juice and pastries amongst the offerings. We also liked that we could open the bedroom window, although it was quite noisy to here the train go by during the night, but we got used to it. The bed was very comfortable.
